Love their beef bone soup base dishes. We ordered the noodle, the beef combo(with tendon, cartilage, tongue etc.) and a soft tofu soup (seafood). The beef soup was sooo good that I drank them all. Their Kim Chi tastes really fresh and good with the dishes. (Really hit the spot!) The server was very patient and attentive. She offered us Kim chi when she saw us running low. It was busy and they kept the place pretty organized and clean. Another thing that I like is that the background music was not loud and we could actually have a conversation there!

I've been eyeing this place for so long and I'm happy I finally had a chance to try it out! Perfect as the weather gets colder. The restaurant is pretty popular with most tables having customers but luckily no wait. I actually really liked this a lot! You definitely need to be generous with the salt but that is the point I feel like haha. It doesn't have taste of water and has a very nice light and full flavor. Love the noodles inside and the beef itself is very tender and not juicy but not overly dry! The kimchi/ radish kimchi it comes with is seasoned nicely and the fresh type! We also tried the dumplings but I will skip on this next time. A bit too much veggie flavor and nothing really special

We ordered one combo seulongtang and one tendon seulongtang. Both were very good! My mother and I enjoyed very much and we will definitely be returning back. The server was very sweet and friendly!! She asked and refilled our kimchee and radish kimchee when she saw they were low. We are happy to see a good seulongtang place in town now! We needed one!! Please keep up the good work and we will be your loyal customers.

Came here for the seollontang and Yi's did not disappoint with the milky broth served with purple rice. Add some salt gradually to your liking and eat some kimchi for more taste. Steam dumplings were a good addition. Also, make sure to check out the new menu items. Finally, go to the counter to pay as the waitress did not bring our check as we waited. Come early as this simple and small restaurant can fill up quick even on a Thursday night.

This placed is DELICIOUS! I was please shocked by how good the radish kimchi (깍두기) tasted. The service was very welcoming and attentive. For a traditional food restaurant, it looks very modern inside with calm classical music. It had a mix of a homey and modern feel. All a great mix while enjoying the delicious food. The Beef Bone Soup is a wonderful dish. Great no matter what weather, but great on a cold or rainy day. Recently tried the "cartilage, tendon beef bone soup". Nice and chewy

We were in the area and were in search of a snack. But since we skipped lunch we decided stop at Yi's for some seollungtang (Korean beef soup). I opted for the simple slice beef soup and my companion chose kalguksoo (knife cut noodles). The broth was deep in beefy bone soup. It was authentically delicious. The noodles were fresh and my companion really enjoyed it. Seollungtang comes unsalted. You're supposed to add salt (in jars at the table) yourself. Be careful not to add too much. Taste first and add small amounts until it hits the spot. I'd definitely be back.

Came here on a Friday evening for dinner. It is a new restaurant that sells Korean Beef noodle soup. The interior is modern and there's a good amount of seating. I ordered the kalguksu (nice cut noodles). The broth is pretty much the same as the traditional soup. I thought there was a high amount of uncooked flour taste in it. It took longer for this dish to come out than your average beef broth due to the time it takes to cook the noodles separately. However, it was still undercooked. At least I could tell that the noodles were made in house. The service was pretty good as they reheated a bowl of broth that was no longer warm. The portions were small compared to the price. It could be that food prices are just going up in general everywhere...

The best place for Korean comfort food! They primarily serve Seolleongtang here and it's incredible with so much flavor and meat. The soup comes bland without salt because you're supposed to add seasoning to your liking. I got the regular brisket but they also have cartilage, tendon, and more. Service is quick and efficient while also being super friendly! There's plenty of seating and the interior has a nice modern touch.

I visited the original Yi's in Federal Way (Washington), and was excited to see that one had opened in the DMV. I've been to the Centreville location 4 times now, and have had positive experiences every visit. The interior has a modern touch, staff are always very friendly and attentive, and the food is actually quite authentic. I always get the original seullungtang (with the beef brisket), and the broth is creamy and flavorful that I don't add any salt to it. The kkakddugi (radish kimchi) is very delicious, and I like buying it separately on the side to go. I also love how they serve purple rice, which is my favorite. Their dumplings are also handmade in house and are very flavorful. Always great to stop by for a cozy and homey meal!!
